All news and information regarding OIYA will be announced via our mailing list. Enter your email in the pop-up banner when you enter the website or sign up at the bottom of the page so you can receive 10% off of your first order on OIYA and receive exclusive access to new releases and discounts.

Do you offer gift cards?
You can purchase OIYA gift cards here.

How do I take care of my jewelry? 
OIYA uses the finest materials to make our handmade accessories. We use 14K & 9K solid gold, freshwater baroque pearls, raw pearls, sterling silver, and copper plated with 18K gold.

To prevent tarnishing and discoloration, please avoid wet substances like water and perfume from touching your jewelry. Always remove your jewelry when bathing, exercising, or swimming to keep it in a perfect condition.

For longevity, safely store OIYA accessories in soft pouches or lined jewelry boxes.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment will be collected when the item is ready to ship.

Are there any shipping regulations?
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. International customers are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes upon delivery. Shipping is not waived for international pre-orders that are split shipments.

I don't live in the United States. Do I have to pay additional duties and taxes?
Based on your country's location, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes. The additional payment will be collected during checkout.

Order Disputes
As a small, independent company, OIYA works hard everyday to make sure your order is delivered to you precisely and promptly. By the time your package is marked as 'delivered', it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier if there are any delivery issues. OIYA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
    Do you accept returns from online customers?

    We accept returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of the initial order date. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 

    OIYA values maintaining proper hygiene and sanitization when selling our products before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, all earrings and rings are final sale and non-returnable. Items sold at a discount price are also final sale.

    Please email contact@shopoiya.com for all return inquiries before sending it back to us. You must complete the return order form so we can process your return. You may enclose it in your package or email the completed form to contact@shopoiya.com.

    Do you offer exchanges?
    We do not offer exchanges for items. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return your original item for a full refund and place a new order online.

    Do you take wholesale orders?
    If you would like to sell OIYA in your store, please fill out our wholesale application form. We will reach out to you via email within 24-48 hours.

    For wholesale orders, we offer exclusive customization for all styles, however, customized items are final sale and non-returnable.

    Do you work with social media influencers?
    If you would like to be a brand ambassador for OIYA, please fill out our ambassador application form. We will reach out to you via email within 24-48 hours.
